Project end date notifications for host managers

Product Suggestion
Notify host managers when a project or job is approaching its end date.

This would give host managers the opportunity to review the project/job and extend it if work is still ongoing.

Problem Statement
If a project or job is not extended before its end date, contractors may experience issues when trying to check in or continue work.

Host managers may not always realise a project/job is about to expire, particularly when managing multiple pieces of work at once.

Suggested Improvement
Add a notification for host managers before a project/job is due to end, prompting them to check whether it needs to be extended.

This would help ensure project/job dates remain accurate and reduce avoidable check-in issues for contractors.

Potential Benefits

Fewer contractor check-in issues
Earlier visibility of projects/jobs due to end
Reduced delays where work needs to continue
Less manual tracking for host managers
Cleaner project/job date management

    Hi James,

Thanks for your suggestion. To help us understand what you need, could you reply with a few lines on each of these?

    1. What would you like to be able to do?
    2. How do you do it today?
    3. Why is it important to you?
    4. Who would use it, and how often?
    5. Is there a date you need it by?

Screenshots or examples are really helpful if you have them.

We'll review your request and be in touch.

    Kind regards,
    The Heresafe Team
